Clinic and dental surgery fit-out in Andover
We carry out clinic and dental surgery fit-out in Andover and the surrounding parts of Hampshire, managing every trade from strip-out to a clean handover.
A clinic fit-out builds treatment rooms, a reception and waiting area, and the clinical finishes, sinks and ventilation that infection control requires.
How do we plan the job?
For Andover jobs we confirm loading and parking arrangements early, because access often shapes the programme as much as the build itself.
In and around Andover we are usually asked to work on shopping centre units and retail park stores and high street units and corner shops.
What is included?

What should Andover owners check first?
- Floors and walls in treatment areas should be seamless and wipeable.
- Your regulator may inspect the premises before you start seeing patients.
- Dental surgeries need dedicated services for chairs, suction and compressors.
In England, fit-out work that affects fire escape, structure, drainage or accessibility falls under the Building Regulations and is signed off by local authority or approved inspector building control. Shopfronts, extraction flues and illuminated signs are dealt with separately by the local planning authority.
