Bar and pub fit-out in Andover
We carry out bar and pub fit-out in Andover and the surrounding parts of Hampshire, managing every trade from strip-out to a clean handover.
A bar fit-out builds the bar counter and back bar, the cellar and beer line runs, seating and the lighting and acoustics that set the mood.
How do we plan the job?
For Andover jobs we confirm loading and parking arrangements early, because access often shapes the programme as much as the build itself.
In and around Andover we are usually asked to work on boutiques and independent retailers and cafés, takeaways and independent restaurants.
What is included?
- Bar counter and back bar joinery
- Cellar cooling and beer line routes
- Glass washer, ice machine and sink positions
- Booth and loose seating
- Feature, scene and dimmable lighting
What should Andover owners check first?
- Changes to the bar layout may need a variation to your premises licence plan.
- Late-night venues often need acoustic treatment to satisfy noise conditions.
- Cellar cooling units need somewhere to reject heat, usually outside, which may need consent.
In England, fit-out work that affects fire escape, structure, drainage or accessibility falls under the Building Regulations and is signed off by local authority or approved inspector building control. Shopfronts, extraction flues and illuminated signs are dealt with separately by the local planning authority.

How soon can work start in Andover?

What finishes last in a busy bar?
Hard-wearing laminates or sealed hardwoods on the counter, stainless kick plates and a sealed floor that can be mopped hard.
Can you refurbish a bar without closing for long?
We prefabricate bar joinery off site, so the on-site part of a refurbishment can often be done in a short closure.
