What should Ayr owners check first?

Allow time for drawing approval before manufacture starts.
Counters should include a lowered section for wheelchair users.
Hard-wearing edges matter more than the face finish on busy counters.

In Scotland, most fit-out work that alters the building needs a building warrant from the local authority before work starts, followed by a completion certificate. Planning permission and advertisement consent are separate, and Scottish councils publish their own shopfront design guidance.
