Bar and pub fit-out contractors in Newport
From the first measured survey to the day you open, our bar and pub fit-out work in Newport is planned around your lease, your landlord and your trading hours.
A bar fit-out builds the bar counter and back bar, the cellar and beer line runs, seating and the lighting and acoustics that set the mood.
How do we plan the job?
Every bar and pub fit-out quote for Newport lists each element separately, so you can see what the layout, joinery, services and finishes each cost.
In and around Newport we are usually asked to work on convenience stores and off-licences and cafés, takeaways and independent restaurants.
What is included?
- Booth and loose seating
- Feature, scene and dimmable lighting
- Acoustic treatment and flooring
- Bar counter and back bar joinery
- Cellar cooling and beer line routes
What should Newport owners check first?
- Cellar cooling units need somewhere to reject heat, usually outside, which may need consent.
- Changes to the bar layout may need a variation to your premises licence plan.
- Late-night venues often need acoustic treatment to satisfy noise conditions.
In Wales, the Building Regulations are set by the Welsh Government and applied by local authority building control. Shopfronts, signs and extraction flues need checking with the local planning authority, and many Welsh towns have conservation areas with stricter rules on shopfront design.
