Bar and pub fit-out for Lewes businesses

A bar fit-out builds the bar counter and back bar, the cellar and beer line runs, seating and the lighting and acoustics that set the mood.
How is the work priced?
The survey for bar and pub fit-out in Lewes covers measurements, service capacity, access for deliveries and any planning or building control points.
In and around Lewes we are usually asked to work on pharmacies and healthcare premises and showrooms and trade counters.
What is included?
- Cellar cooling and beer line routes
- Glass washer, ice machine and sink positions
- Booth and loose seating
- Feature, scene and dimmable lighting
- Acoustic treatment and flooring
What should Lewes owners check first?
- Cellar cooling units need somewhere to reject heat, usually outside, which may need consent.
- Changes to the bar layout may need a variation to your premises licence plan.
- Late-night venues often need acoustic treatment to satisfy noise conditions.
In England, fit-out work that affects fire escape, structure, drainage or accessibility falls under the Building Regulations and is signed off by local authority or approved inspector building control. Shopfronts, extraction flues and illuminated signs are dealt with separately by the local planning authority.
