Need bar and pub fit-out in Dorchester? We survey the unit, draw the layout with you and give a fixed, itemised price before anything is ordered.
A bar fit-out builds the bar counter and back bar, the cellar and beer line runs, seating and the lighting and acoustics that set the mood.
How is the work priced?
Before we price bar and pub fit-out in Dorchester, we check the lease, the landlord's fit-out rules, the existing services and how materials can get into the unit.
In and around Dorchester we are usually asked to work on high street units and corner shops and showrooms and trade counters.
What is included?
- Glass washer, ice machine and sink positions
- Booth and loose seating
- Feature, scene and dimmable lighting
- Acoustic treatment and flooring
- Bar counter and back bar joinery
What should Dorchester owners check first?
- Changes to the bar layout may need a variation to your premises licence plan.
- Late-night venues often need acoustic treatment to satisfy noise conditions.
- Cellar cooling units need somewhere to reject heat, usually outside, which may need consent.
In England, fit-out work that affects fire escape, structure, drainage or accessibility falls under the Building Regulations and is signed off by local authority or approved inspector building control. Shopfronts, extraction flues and illuminated signs are dealt with separately by the local planning authority.
