Bar and pub fit-out contractors in Ely
Owners opening or refreshing a unit in Ely use our bar and pub fit-out service to get one contract, one programme and one point of contact.
A bar fit-out builds the bar counter and back bar, the cellar and beer line runs, seating and the lighting and acoustics that set the mood.
How is the work priced?
For Ely jobs we confirm loading and parking arrangements early, because access often shapes the programme as much as the build itself.
In and around Ely we are usually asked to work on shopping centre units and retail park stores and showrooms and trade counters.
What is included?
- Booth and loose seating
- Feature, scene and dimmable lighting
- Acoustic treatment and flooring
- Bar counter and back bar joinery
- Cellar cooling and beer line routes
What should Ely owners check first?
- Late-night venues often need acoustic treatment to satisfy noise conditions.
- Cellar cooling units need somewhere to reject heat, usually outside, which may need consent.
- Changes to the bar layout may need a variation to your premises licence plan.
In England, fit-out work that affects fire escape, structure, drainage or accessibility falls under the Building Regulations and is signed off by local authority or approved inspector building control. Shopfronts, extraction flues and illuminated signs are dealt with separately by the local planning authority.
