Owners opening or refreshing a unit in Witney use our aluminium shopfronts service to get one contract, one programme and one point of contact.

How is the work priced?
Before we price aluminium shopfronts in Witney, we check the lease, the landlord's fit-out rules, the existing services and how materials can get into the unit.
In and around Witney we are usually asked to work on shopping centre units and retail park stores and pharmacies and healthcare premises.
What is included?
- Toughened or laminated safety glass
- Single, double or automatic doors
- Level threshold and accessible door handles
- Stallriser and fascia panel
- Measured survey of the opening
What should Witney owners check first?
- Laminated glass holds together if broken, which helps security.
- A new shopfront usually needs planning permission, and more in a conservation area.
- Entrance doors should give a clear opening width that suits wheelchair users.
In England, fit-out work that affects fire escape, structure, drainage or accessibility falls under the Building Regulations and is signed off by local authority or approved inspector building control. Shopfronts, extraction flues and illuminated signs are dealt with separately by the local planning authority.
