How do we plan the job?
Before we price aluminium shopfronts in Newquay, we check the lease, the landlord's fit-out rules, the existing services and how materials can get into the unit.

What should Newquay owners check first?
- A new shopfront usually needs planning permission, and more in a conservation area.
- Entrance doors should give a clear opening width that suits wheelchair users.
- Laminated glass holds together if broken, which helps security.
In England, fit-out work that affects fire escape, structure, drainage or accessibility falls under the Building Regulations and is signed off by local authority or approved inspector building control. Shopfronts, extraction flues and illuminated signs are dealt with separately by the local planning authority.
