We are shopfitting contractors covering East Kilbride in Lanarkshire. We fit out pharmacies and healthcare premises, cafés, takeaways and independent restaurants and boutiques and independent retailers, and can supply and install shopfronts, shutters and signage as part of the same job.

What do East Kilbride businesses usually ask us for?

West Central Scotland has the country's largest retail concentration, with city-centre units, shopping centres and suburban parades all needing building warrant approval for structural fit-out changes.

Rules for fit-outs in East Kilbride

In Scotland, most fit-out work that alters the building needs a building warrant from the local authority before work starts, followed by a completion certificate. Planning permission and advertisement consent are separate, and Scottish councils publish their own shopfront design guidance.
