How is the work priced?

For Brecon jobs we confirm loading and parking arrangements early, because access often shapes the programme as much as the build itself.

In and around Brecon we are usually asked to work on boutiques and independent retailers and convenience stores and off-licences.

What is included?

Room-set partitions and display bays
Plinths, podiums and product walls
Feature and scene lighting
Services to working displays
Sales desks and consultation areas

What should Brecon owners check first?

Large glazed frontages may need solar control film to stop products fading.
Working displays such as taps or appliances need water and waste runs planned at the start.
Design the display walls to be demountable so ranges can change without rebuilding.

In Wales, the Building Regulations are set by the Welsh Government and applied by local authority building control. Shopfronts, signs and extraction flues need checking with the local planning authority, and many Welsh towns have conservation areas with stricter rules on shopfront design.
