Showroom fit-out contractors in Norwich
Need showroom fit-out in Norwich? We survey the unit, draw the layout with you and give a fixed, itemised price before anything is ordered.
A showroom fit-out creates a space where products are shown in use, with room sets, plinths, lighting and a sales area for sitting down with customers.
How do we plan the job?
Before we price showroom fit-out in Norwich, we check the lease, the landlord's fit-out rules, the existing services and how materials can get into the unit.
In and around Norwich we are usually asked to work on salons, barbers and beauty clinics and high street units and corner shops.
What is included?
- Trade counter and collection point
- Room-set partitions and display bays
- Plinths, podiums and product walls
- Feature and scene lighting
- Services to working displays
What should Norwich owners check first?
- Working displays such as taps or appliances need water and waste runs planned at the start.
- Design the display walls to be demountable so ranges can change without rebuilding.
- Large glazed frontages may need solar control film to stop products fading.
In England, fit-out work that affects fire escape, structure, drainage or accessibility falls under the Building Regulations and is signed off by local authority or approved inspector building control. Shopfronts, extraction flues and illuminated signs are dealt with separately by the local planning authority.
