Showroom fit-out in Maidstone
From the first measured survey to the day you open, our showroom fit-out work in Maidstone is planned around your lease, your landlord and your trading hours.
A showroom fit-out creates a space where products are shown in use, with room sets, plinths, lighting and a sales area for sitting down with customers.
What happens at the survey?
Before we price showroom fit-out in Maidstone, we check the lease, the landlord's fit-out rules, the existing services and how materials can get into the unit.
In and around Maidstone we are usually asked to work on convenience stores and off-licences and pharmacies and healthcare premises.
What is included?
- Plinths, podiums and product walls
- Feature and scene lighting
- Services to working displays
- Sales desks and consultation areas
- Trade counter and collection point
What should Maidstone owners check first?
- Working displays such as taps or appliances need water and waste runs planned at the start.
- Design the display walls to be demountable so ranges can change without rebuilding.
- Large glazed frontages may need solar control film to stop products fading.
In England, fit-out work that affects fire escape, structure, drainage or accessibility falls under the Building Regulations and is signed off by local authority or approved inspector building control. Shopfronts, extraction flues and illuminated signs are dealt with separately by the local planning authority.
