Shelving and display systems contractors in Halifax
We carry out shelving and display systems in Halifax and the surrounding parts of West Yorkshire, managing every trade from strip-out to a clean handover.
Shop shelving and display systems are the modular fixtures that hold stock: slatwall, gondola units, wall bays, glass shelving and pegboard, supplied and installed to a layout.
How do we plan the job?
For Halifax jobs we confirm loading and parking arrangements early, because access often shapes the programme as much as the build itself.
In and around Halifax we are usually asked to work on pharmacies and healthcare premises and boutiques and independent retailers.
What is included?
- Installation and fixing to structure
- Layout planning around your stock
- Slatwall and panel systems
- Gondola and wall bay shelving
- Glass and lit shelving
What should Halifax owners check first?
- Leave aisles wide enough for wheelchairs and pushchairs.
- Check shelf load ratings against your heaviest products.
- Tall units must be fixed to the wall or linked to stop them tipping.
In England, fit-out work that affects fire escape, structure, drainage or accessibility falls under the Building Regulations and is signed off by local authority or approved inspector building control. Shopfronts, extraction flues and illuminated signs are dealt with separately by the local planning authority.
