Shelving and display systems for Yeovil businesses
We carry out shelving and display systems in Yeovil and the surrounding parts of Somerset, managing every trade from strip-out to a clean handover.
Shop shelving and display systems are the modular fixtures that hold stock: slatwall, gondola units, wall bays, glass shelving and pegboard, supplied and installed to a layout.
How do we plan the job?
Every shelving and display systems quote for Yeovil lists each element separately, so you can see what the layout, joinery, services and finishes each cost.
In and around Yeovil we are usually asked to work on salons, barbers and beauty clinics and boutiques and independent retailers.
What is included?
- Glass and lit shelving
- Pegboard, hooks and accessories
- Installation and fixing to structure
- Layout planning around your stock
- Slatwall and panel systems
What should Yeovil owners check first?
- Leave aisles wide enough for wheelchairs and pushchairs.
- Check shelf load ratings against your heaviest products.
- Tall units must be fixed to the wall or linked to stop them tipping.
In England, fit-out work that affects fire escape, structure, drainage or accessibility falls under the Building Regulations and is signed off by local authority or approved inspector building control. Shopfronts, extraction flues and illuminated signs are dealt with separately by the local planning authority.
