Shop shelving and display systems are the modular fixtures that hold stock: slatwall, gondola units, wall bays, glass shelving and pegboard, supplied and installed to a layout.
What happens at the survey?
Before we price shelving and display systems in Bicester, we check the lease, the landlord's fit-out rules, the existing services and how materials can get into the unit.
In and around Bicester we are usually asked to work on showrooms and trade counters and pharmacies and healthcare premises.
What is included?
- Pegboard, hooks and accessories
- Installation and fixing to structure

What should Bicester owners check first?
- Check shelf load ratings against your heaviest products.
- Tall units must be fixed to the wall or linked to stop them tipping.
- Leave aisles wide enough for wheelchairs and pushchairs.
In England, fit-out work that affects fire escape, structure, drainage or accessibility falls under the Building Regulations and is signed off by local authority or approved inspector building control. Shopfronts, extraction flues and illuminated signs are dealt with separately by the local planning authority.
