Shelving and display systems contractors in Hexham
Need shelving and display systems in Hexham? We survey the unit, draw the layout with you and give a fixed, itemised price before anything is ordered.
Shop shelving and display systems are the modular fixtures that hold stock: slatwall, gondola units, wall bays, glass shelving and pegboard, supplied and installed to a layout.
How is the work priced?
For Hexham jobs we confirm loading and parking arrangements early, because access often shapes the programme as much as the build itself.
In and around Hexham we are usually asked to work on cafés, takeaways and independent restaurants and boutiques and independent retailers.
What is included?
- Pegboard, hooks and accessories
- Installation and fixing to structure
- Layout planning around your stock
- Slatwall and panel systems
- Gondola and wall bay shelving
What should Hexham owners check first?
- Check shelf load ratings against your heaviest products.
- Tall units must be fixed to the wall or linked to stop them tipping.
- Leave aisles wide enough for wheelchairs and pushchairs.
In England, fit-out work that affects fire escape, structure, drainage or accessibility falls under the Building Regulations and is signed off by local authority or approved inspector building control. Shopfronts, extraction flues and illuminated signs are dealt with separately by the local planning authority.
