What happens at the survey?
The survey for shelving and display systems in Liverpool covers measurements, service capacity, access for deliveries and any planning or building control points.
In and around Liverpool we are usually asked to work on cafés, takeaways and independent restaurants and convenience stores and off-licences.
What is included?
- Installation and fixing to structure
- Layout planning around your stock
- Slatwall and panel systems
- Gondola and wall bay shelving
- Glass and lit shelving
What should Liverpool owners check first?
- Check shelf load ratings against your heaviest products.
- Tall units must be fixed to the wall or linked to stop them tipping.
- Leave aisles wide enough for wheelchairs and pushchairs.
In England, fit-out work that affects fire escape, structure, drainage or accessibility falls under the Building Regulations and is signed off by local authority or approved inspector building control.
