Shelving and display systems for Christchurch businesses
Planning shelving and display systems in Christchurch? Start with a free survey; we check services, access and approvals, then price the job line by line.
Shop shelving and display systems are the modular fixtures that hold stock: slatwall, gondola units, wall bays, glass shelving and pegboard, supplied and installed to a layout.
How is the work priced?
For Christchurch jobs we confirm loading and parking arrangements early, because access often shapes the programme as much as the build itself.
In and around Christchurch we are usually asked to work on high street units and corner shops and pharmacies and healthcare premises.
What is included?
- Gondola and wall bay shelving
- Glass and lit shelving
- Pegboard, hooks and accessories
- Installation and fixing to structure
- Layout planning around your stock
What should Christchurch owners check first?
- Tall units must be fixed to the wall or linked to stop them tipping.
- Leave aisles wide enough for wheelchairs and pushchairs.
- Check shelf load ratings against your heaviest products.
In England, fit-out work that affects fire escape, structure, drainage or accessibility falls under the Building Regulations and is signed off by local authority or approved inspector building control. Shopfronts, extraction flues and illuminated signs are dealt with separately by the local planning authority.
