How do we plan the job?
Before we price shop refurbishment and refit in Worthing, we check the lease, the landlord's fit-out rules, the existing services and how materials can get into the unit.
In and around Worthing we are usually asked to work on showrooms and trade counters and high street units and corner shops.
What is included?
- Lighting upgrade to LED
- Replacement fixtures and counters
- Flooring replacement

- Strip-out and waste removal
What should Worthing owners check first?
- Older units may contain asbestos; a refurbishment survey is needed before strip-out.
- Switching to LED lighting cuts running costs and heat load.
- Reusing sound fixtures can take a large slice off the cost.
In England, fit-out work that affects fire escape, structure, drainage or accessibility falls under the Building Regulations and is signed off by local authority or approved inspector building control. Shopfronts, extraction flues and illuminated signs are dealt with separately by the local planning authority.
