Need shop refurbishment and refit in Bromley? We survey the unit, draw the layout with you and give a fixed, itemised price before anything is ordered.
A shop refurbishment updates an existing unit: new finishes, lighting, fixtures and layout, from a light refresh while you trade to a full strip-out and refit.
How do we plan the job?
Before we price shop refurbishment and refit in Bromley, we check the lease, the landlord's fit-out rules, the existing services and how materials can get into the unit.
In and around Bromley we are usually asked to work on boutiques and independent retailers and pharmacies and healthcare premises.
What is included?
- Redecoration and new finishes
- Lighting upgrade to LED

What should Bromley owners check first?
- Switching to LED lighting cuts running costs and heat load.
- Reusing sound fixtures can take a large slice off the cost.
- Older units may contain asbestos; a refurbishment survey is needed before strip-out.
In England, fit-out work that affects fire escape, structure, drainage or accessibility falls under the Building Regulations and is signed off by local authority or approved inspector building control. Shopfronts, extraction flues and illuminated signs are dealt with separately by the local planning authority.
