Working in South Glamorgan
In South Glamorgan we mostly see boutiques and independent retailers and showrooms and trade counters. Each has its own landlord rules, service loads and access limits, which we look at on the first visit.
South Wales town centres, from the capital to the valleys, have many older terraced shop units where fit-outs need careful work around existing structure and services.
