Salon and barber shop fit-out in Buxton
We carry out salon and barber shop fit-out in Buxton and the surrounding parts of Derbyshire, managing every trade from strip-out to a clean handover.
A salon fit-out builds styling stations, backwash areas, reception, retail display and any treatment rooms, with the hot water, drainage and power each station needs.
How do we plan the job?
Before we price salon and barber shop fit-out in Buxton, we check the lease, the landlord's fit-out rules, the existing services and how materials can get into the unit.
In and around Buxton we are usually asked to work on high street units and corner shops and salons, barbers and beauty clinics.
What is included?
- Lighting that flatters skin tones
- Styling stations with mirrors and power

What should Buxton owners check first?
- Treatment rooms offering special procedures may need a local authority licence.
- Hair traps on backwash drainage save costly blockages.
- Backwash units need hot water capacity sized for several basins running together.
In England, fit-out work that affects fire escape, structure, drainage or accessibility falls under the Building Regulations and is signed off by local authority or approved inspector building control. Shopfronts, extraction flues and illuminated signs are dealt with separately by the local planning authority.
