Salon and barber shop fit-out in Truro
From the first measured survey to the day you open, our salon and barber shop fit-out work in Truro is planned around your lease, your landlord and your trading hours.
A salon fit-out builds styling stations, backwash areas, reception, retail display and any treatment rooms, with the hot water, drainage and power each station needs.
How is the work priced?
For Truro jobs we confirm loading and parking arrangements early, because access often shapes the programme as much as the build itself.
In and around Truro we are usually asked to work on pharmacies and healthcare premises and cafés, takeaways and independent restaurants.
What is included?
- Towel and colour dispensary
- Lighting that flatters skin tones
- Styling stations with mirrors and power
- Backwash units with hot water and drainage
- Reception desk and retail display
What should Truro owners check first?
- Backwash units need hot water capacity sized for several basins running together.
- Treatment rooms offering special procedures may need a local authority licence.
- Hair traps on backwash drainage save costly blockages.
In England, fit-out work that affects fire escape, structure, drainage or accessibility falls under the Building Regulations and is signed off by local authority or approved inspector building control. Shopfronts, extraction flues and illuminated signs are dealt with separately by the local planning authority.
