How is the work priced?
For Milton Keynes jobs we confirm loading and parking arrangements early, because access often shapes the programme as much as the build itself.
In and around Milton Keynes we are usually asked to work on showrooms and trade counters and high street units and corner shops.
What is included?
- Hygienic wall and floor finishes for kitchens
- Canopy, extraction and make-up air
- Gas, water and grease-trap drainage
- Accessible toilet and baby change
- Service counter and back bar
What should Milton Keynes owners check first?
- Kitchen gas work must be done and certified by a Gas Safe engineer registered for commercial catering.
- Register your food business with the council at least 28 days before you start trading.
- A new extraction flue often needs planning permission, and odour and noise reports may be asked for.
In England, fit-out work that affects fire escape, structure, drainage or accessibility falls under the Building Regulations and is signed off by local authority or approved inspector building control. Shopfronts, extraction flues and illuminated signs are dealt with separately by the local planning authority.
