Need pharmacy fit-out in Winchester? We survey the unit, draw the layout with you and give a fixed, itemised price before anything is ordered.
A pharmacy fit-out creates the dispensary, a private consultation room, the medicines counter and the retail area, with the security and storage controlled medicines need.
How is the work priced?
Before we price pharmacy fit-out in Winchester, we check the lease, the landlord's fit-out rules, the existing services and how materials can get into the unit.
In and around Winchester we are usually asked to work on cafés, takeaways and independent restaurants and high street units and corner shops.
What is included?

What should Winchester owners check first?
- The pharmacist needs a clear view of the medicines counter from the dispensary.

In England, fit-out work that affects fire escape, structure, drainage or accessibility falls under the Building Regulations and is signed off by local authority or approved inspector building control. Shopfronts, extraction flues and illuminated signs are dealt with separately by the local planning authority.
