Pharmacy fit-out in Bangor
We carry out pharmacy fit-out in Bangor and the surrounding parts of Gwynedd, managing every trade from strip-out to a clean handover.
A pharmacy fit-out creates the dispensary, a private consultation room, the medicines counter and the retail area, with the security and storage controlled medicines need.
How is the work priced?
Before we price pharmacy fit-out in Bangor, we check the lease, the landlord's fit-out rules, the existing services and how materials can get into the unit.
In and around Bangor we are usually asked to work on pharmacies and healthcare premises and shopping centre units and retail park stores.
What is included?

- Consultation room with sound privacy
- Medicines counter with pharmacist sight line
- Controlled drugs cabinet fixing

What should Bangor owners check first?
- Controlled drugs cabinets must be fixed securely to the structure.
- The consultation room should let patients talk without being overheard in the shop.
- The pharmacist needs a clear view of the medicines counter from the dispensary.
In Wales, the Building Regulations are set by the Welsh Government and applied by local authority building control. Shopfronts, signs and extraction flues need checking with the local planning authority, and many Welsh towns have conservation areas with stricter rules on shopfront design.
