Pharmacy fit-out contractors in Ballymena
From the first measured survey to the day you open, our pharmacy fit-out work in Ballymena is planned around your lease, your landlord and your trading hours.
A pharmacy fit-out creates the dispensary, a private consultation room, the medicines counter and the retail area, with the security and storage controlled medicines need.
How do we plan the job?
For Ballymena jobs we confirm loading and parking arrangements early, because access often shapes the programme as much as the build itself.
In and around Ballymena we are usually asked to work on high street units and corner shops and pharmacies and healthcare premises.
What is included?
- Retail shelving and health displays
- Security, CCTV and shutters
- Dispensary benching and drug storage
- Consultation room with sound privacy
- Medicines counter with pharmacist sight line
What should Ballymena owners check first?
- Controlled drugs cabinets must be fixed securely to the structure.
- The consultation room should let patients talk without being overheard in the shop.
- The pharmacist needs a clear view of the medicines counter from the dispensary.
In Northern Ireland, fit-out work is covered by the Building Regulations (Northern Ireland) and approved by the district council's building control team. New shopfronts and illuminated signs are checked by the council's planning department.
