Convenience store and supermarket fit-out for Oldham businesses
Need convenience store and supermarket fit-out in Oldham? We survey the unit, draw the layout with you and give a fixed, itemised price before anything is ordered.

How is the work priced?
Before we price convenience store and supermarket fit-out in Oldham, we check the lease, the landlord's fit-out rules, the existing services and how materials can get into the unit.
In and around Oldham we are usually asked to work on salons, barbers and beauty clinics and high street units and corner shops.
What is included?
- Chiller and freezer positions with dedicated power
- Counter with tobacco gantry and lottery space
- CCTV, intruder alarm and security shutters
- Anti-slip commercial flooring
- Signage and price-ticket rails
What should Oldham owners check first?
- Tobacco and vapes must be stored out of sight of customers, so the gantry needs closing doors or shutters.
- Refrigeration needs dedicated circuits and ventilation space; confirm the supply capacity before ordering chillers.
- Your premises licence plan may need updating if the alcohol display area changes.
In England, fit-out work that affects fire escape, structure, drainage or accessibility falls under the Building Regulations and is signed off by local authority or approved inspector building control. Shopfronts, extraction flues and illuminated signs are dealt with separately by the local planning authority.
