How do we plan the job?
Every bespoke shop joinery and counters quote for Chorley lists each element separately, so you can see what the layout, joinery, services and finishes each cost.
In and around Chorley we are usually asked to work on showrooms and trade counters and pharmacies and healthcare premises.
What is included?
- Workshop drawings for approval
- Counters and cash desks
- Display cabinets, lockable and lit
- Wall units and shelving
- Laminate, veneer and painted finishes
What should Chorley owners check first?
- Allow time for drawing approval before manufacture starts.
- Counters should include a lowered section for wheelchair users.
- Hard-wearing edges matter more than the face finish on busy counters.
In England, fit-out work that affects fire escape, structure, drainage or accessibility falls under the Building Regulations and is signed off by local authority or approved inspector building control. Shopfronts, extraction flues and illuminated signs are dealt with separately by the local planning authority.
