How do we plan the job?

For Antrim jobs we confirm loading and parking arrangements early, because access often shapes the programme as much as the build itself.

In and around Antrim we are usually asked to work on boutiques and independent retailers and convenience stores and off-licences.

What is included?

Display cabinets, lockable and lit
Wall units and shelving
Laminate, veneer and painted finishes
Delivery and installation

What should Antrim owners check first?

Hard-wearing edges matter more than the face finish on busy counters.
Allow time for drawing approval before manufacture starts.
Counters should include a lowered section for wheelchair users.

In Northern Ireland, fit-out work is covered by the Building Regulations (Northern Ireland) and approved by the district council's building control team. New shopfronts and illuminated signs are checked by the council's planning department.
