Bar and pub fit-out for Wakefield businesses
Need bar and pub fit-out in Wakefield? We survey the unit, draw the layout with you and give a fixed, itemised price before anything is ordered.
A bar fit-out builds the bar counter and back bar, the cellar and beer line runs, seating and the lighting and acoustics that set the mood.
What happens at the survey?
Before we price bar and pub fit-out in Wakefield, we check the lease, the landlord's fit-out rules, the existing services and how materials can get into the unit.
In and around Wakefield we are usually asked to work on boutiques and independent retailers and convenience stores and off-licences.
What is included?
- Cellar cooling and beer line routes
- Glass washer, ice machine and sink positions
- Booth and loose seating
- Feature, scene and dimmable lighting
- Acoustic treatment and flooring
What should Wakefield owners check first?
- Cellar cooling units need somewhere to reject heat, usually outside, which may need consent.
- Changes to the bar layout may need a variation to your premises licence plan.
- Late-night venues often need acoustic treatment to satisfy noise conditions.
In England, fit-out work that affects fire escape, structure, drainage or accessibility falls under the Building Regulations and is signed off by local authority or approved inspector building control. Shopfronts, extraction flues and illuminated signs are dealt with separately by the local planning authority.
