How is the work priced?
The survey for bar and pub fit-out in Coventry covers measurements, service capacity, access for deliveries and any planning or building control points.
In and around Coventry we are usually asked to work on showrooms and trade counters and salons, barbers and beauty clinics.
What is included?
- Cellar cooling and beer line routes
- Glass washer, ice machine and sink positions
- Booth and loose seating
- Feature, scene and dimmable lighting
- Acoustic treatment and flooring
What should Coventry owners check first?
- Late-night venues often need acoustic treatment to satisfy noise conditions.
- Cellar cooling units need somewhere to reject heat, usually outside, which may need consent.
- Changes to the bar layout may need a variation to your premises licence plan.
In England, fit-out work that affects fire escape, structure, drainage or accessibility falls under the Building Regulations and is signed off by local authority or approved inspector building control. Shopfronts, extraction flues and illuminated signs are dealt with separately by the local planning authority.
