What happens at the survey?
Before we price bar and pub fit-out in Bridgnorth, we check the lease, the landlord's fit-out rules, the existing services and how materials can get into the unit.
In and around Bridgnorth we are usually asked to work on boutiques and independent retailers and pharmacies and healthcare premises.
What is included?

What should Bridgnorth owners check first?
- Late-night venues often need acoustic treatment to satisfy noise conditions.
- Cellar cooling units need somewhere to reject heat, usually outside, which may need consent.
- Changes to the bar layout may need a variation to your premises licence plan.
In England, fit-out work that affects fire escape, structure, drainage or accessibility falls under the Building Regulations and is signed off by local authority or approved inspector building control. Shopfronts, extraction flues and illuminated signs are dealt with separately by the local planning authority.
