Bar and pub fit-out contractors in Newtown
From the first measured survey to the day you open, our bar and pub fit-out work in Newtown is planned around your lease, your landlord and your trading hours.
A bar fit-out builds the bar counter and back bar, the cellar and beer line runs, seating and the lighting and acoustics that set the mood.
How is the work priced?
For Newtown jobs we confirm loading and parking arrangements early, because access often shapes the programme as much as the build itself.
In and around Newtown we are usually asked to work on pharmacies and healthcare premises and cafés, takeaways and independent restaurants.
What is included?
- Cellar cooling and beer line routes
- Glass washer, ice machine and sink positions
- Booth and loose seating
- Feature, scene and dimmable lighting
- Acoustic treatment and flooring
What should Newtown owners check first?
- Changes to the bar layout may need a variation to your premises licence plan.
- Late-night venues often need acoustic treatment to satisfy noise conditions.
- Cellar cooling units need somewhere to reject heat, usually outside, which may need consent.
In Wales, the Building Regulations are set by the Welsh Government and applied by local authority building control. Shopfronts, signs and extraction flues need checking with the local planning authority, and many Welsh towns have conservation areas with stricter rules on shopfront design.
