Bar and pub fit-out in Beeston
Owners opening or refreshing a unit in Beeston use our bar and pub fit-out service to get one contract, one programme and one point of contact.
A bar fit-out builds the bar counter and back bar, the cellar and beer line runs, seating and the lighting and acoustics that set the mood.
How do we plan the job?
For Beeston jobs we confirm loading and parking arrangements early, because access often shapes the programme as much as the build itself.
In and around Beeston we are usually asked to work on pharmacies and healthcare premises and shopping centre units and retail park stores.
What is included?
- Feature, scene and dimmable lighting
- Acoustic treatment and flooring
- Bar counter and back bar joinery
- Cellar cooling and beer line routes
- Glass washer, ice machine and sink positions
What should Beeston owners check first?
- Changes to the bar layout may need a variation to your premises licence plan.
- Late-night venues often need acoustic treatment to satisfy noise conditions.
- Cellar cooling units need somewhere to reject heat, usually outside, which may need consent.
In England, fit-out work that affects fire escape, structure, drainage or accessibility falls under the Building Regulations and is signed off by local authority or approved inspector building control. Shopfronts, extraction flues and illuminated signs are dealt with separately by the local planning authority.

How soon can work start in Beeston?
Surveys are usually booked within one to two weeks. Your quote includes a start date and a dated programme.
