We carry out bar and pub fit-out in Hertford and the surrounding parts of Hertfordshire, managing every trade from strip-out to a clean handover.
A bar fit-out builds the bar counter and back bar, the cellar and beer line runs, seating and the lighting and acoustics that set the mood.
How is the work priced?
Before we price bar and pub fit-out in Hertford, we check the lease, the landlord's fit-out rules, the existing services and how materials can get into the unit.
In and around Hertford we are usually asked to work on convenience stores and off-licences and pharmacies and healthcare premises.
What is included?

What should Hertford owners check first?
- Late-night venues often need acoustic treatment to satisfy noise conditions.
- Cellar cooling units need somewhere to reject heat, usually outside, which may need consent.
- Changes to the bar layout may need a variation to your premises licence plan.
In England, fit-out work that affects fire escape, structure, drainage or accessibility falls under the Building Regulations and is signed off by local authority or approved inspector building control. Shopfronts, extraction flues and illuminated signs are dealt with separately by the local planning authority.
