How is the work priced?
Before we price bar and pub fit-out in Aberystwyth, we check the lease, the landlord's fit-out rules, the existing services and how materials can get into the unit.
In and around Aberystwyth we are usually asked to work on showrooms and trade counters and convenience stores and off-licences.
What is included?
- Bar counter and back bar joinery

What should Aberystwyth owners check first?
- Cellar cooling units need somewhere to reject heat, usually outside, which may need consent.
- Changes to the bar layout may need a variation to your premises licence plan.
- Late-night venues often need acoustic treatment to satisfy noise conditions.
In Wales, the Building Regulations are set by the Welsh Government and applied by local authority building control. Shopfronts, signs and extraction flues need checking with the local planning authority, and many Welsh towns have conservation areas with stricter rules on shopfront design.
