Bar and pub fit-out contractors in Derry
From the first measured survey to the day you open, our bar and pub fit-out work in Derry is planned around your lease, your landlord and your trading hours.
A bar fit-out builds the bar counter and back bar, the cellar and beer line runs, seating and the lighting and acoustics that set the mood.
How is the work priced?
For Derry jobs we confirm loading and parking arrangements early, because access often shapes the programme as much as the build itself.
In and around Derry we are usually asked to work on high street units and corner shops and cafés, takeaways and independent restaurants.
What is included?
- Glass washer, ice machine and sink positions
- Booth and loose seating
- Feature, scene and dimmable lighting
- Acoustic treatment and flooring
- Bar counter and back bar joinery
What should Derry owners check first?
- Late-night venues often need acoustic treatment to satisfy noise conditions.
- Cellar cooling units need somewhere to reject heat, usually outside, which may need consent.
- Changes to the bar layout may need a variation to your premises licence plan.
In Northern Ireland, fit-out work is covered by the Building Regulations (Northern Ireland) and approved by the district council's building control team. New shopfronts and illuminated signs are checked by the council's planning department.
