We carry out bar and pub fit-out in Ballymena and the surrounding parts of County Antrim, managing every trade from strip-out to a clean handover.
A bar fit-out builds the bar counter and back bar, the cellar and beer line runs, seating and the lighting and acoustics that set the mood.
How do we plan the job?
The survey for bar and pub fit-out in Ballymena covers measurements, service capacity, access for deliveries and any planning or building control points.
In and around Ballymena we are usually asked to work on high street units and corner shops and shopping centre units and retail park stores.
What is included?
- Cellar cooling and beer line routes
- Glass washer, ice machine and sink positions
- Booth and loose seating
- Feature, scene and dimmable lighting
- Acoustic treatment and flooring
What should Ballymena owners check first?
- Late-night venues often need acoustic treatment to satisfy noise conditions.
- Cellar cooling units need somewhere to reject heat, usually outside, which may need consent.
- Changes to the bar layout may need a variation to your premises licence plan.
In Northern Ireland, fit-out work is covered by the Building Regulations (Northern Ireland) and approved by the district council's building control team. New shopfronts and illuminated signs are checked by the council's planning department.
