Aluminium shopfronts for Evesham businesses
We carry out aluminium shopfronts in Evesham and the surrounding parts of Worcestershire, managing every trade from strip-out to a clean handover.
An aluminium shopfront is the glazed frame, doors and stallriser that make up the front of a shop, made to measure in powder-coated aluminium with toughened or laminated safety glass.
How is the work priced?
For Evesham jobs we confirm loading and parking arrangements early, because access often shapes the programme as much as the build itself.
In and around Evesham we are usually asked to work on boutiques and independent retailers and pharmacies and healthcare premises.
What is included?
- Level threshold and accessible door handles
- Stallriser and fascia panel
- Measured survey of the opening
- Powder-coated aluminium frames in any RAL colour
- Toughened or laminated safety glass
What should Evesham owners check first?
- Entrance doors should give a clear opening width that suits wheelchair users.
- Laminated glass holds together if broken, which helps security.
- A new shopfront usually needs planning permission, and more in a conservation area.
In England, fit-out work that affects fire escape, structure, drainage or accessibility falls under the Building Regulations and is signed off by local authority or approved inspector building control. Shopfronts, extraction flues and illuminated signs are dealt with separately by the local planning authority.
