Aluminium shopfronts contractors in Beeston
From the first measured survey to the day you open, our aluminium shopfronts work in Beeston is planned around your lease, your landlord and your trading hours.
An aluminium shopfront is the glazed frame, doors and stallriser that make up the front of a shop, made to measure in powder-coated aluminium with toughened or laminated safety glass.
What happens at the survey?
For Beeston jobs we confirm loading and parking arrangements early, because access often shapes the programme as much as the build itself.
In and around Beeston we are usually asked to work on showrooms and trade counters and pharmacies and healthcare premises.
What is included?
- Level threshold and accessible door handles
- Stallriser and fascia panel
- Measured survey of the opening
- Powder-coated aluminium frames in any RAL colour
- Toughened or laminated safety glass
What should Beeston owners check first?
- Laminated glass holds together if broken, which helps security.
- A new shopfront usually needs planning permission, and more in a conservation area.
- Entrance doors should give a clear opening width that suits wheelchair users.
In England, fit-out work that affects fire escape, structure, drainage or accessibility falls under the Building Regulations and is signed off by local authority or approved inspector building control. Shopfronts, extraction flues and illuminated signs are dealt with separately by the local planning authority.
