What is shopfitting like in Northumberland?
Most enquiries we get from Northumberland come from convenience stores and off-licences or cafés, takeaways and independent restaurants, and the survey is where we pick up the details that change the price.
North East towns have seen a wave of independent businesses taking on vacant units, and fit-outs here often start with bringing a tired shell back into usable condition.
What does the work include?
- Single, double or automatic doors
- Level threshold and accessible door handles
- Stallriser and fascia panel
- Measured survey of the opening
